How to use Sillqx, and what to try if it will not.

Terms of use
Sillqx is a lifestyle frame for a photograph taken from a specific train seat. You agree to use it only with photos and notes you have the right to keep on this iPhone.
The app is provided as-is. Window photos, tickets and voice notes live on the device. If you delete the app, clear all data, or lose the phone without a backup you control, we cannot replay that local file from our servers.
Optional coin packs are consumed on this device for paid extras you confirm (HD seat pass, PDF seat pass, a PDF of every ticket, or a PDF of every photo from one seat). Saving the window image itself is free. Coin amounts and prices are shown in Wallet before you buy. Payment is through Apple. Chargebacks and refunds are handled by Apple, not by a Sillqx login.
Do not use Sillqx to harass, to record people without a lawful basis, or to store material that is illegal where you are. We may refuse support for abuse of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to your purchase through the App Store, including any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
What the two tabs are
- Cars. The window for the ticket you are photographing. Tap the glass to take or pick a photo. The chips above the window change ticket. The strip under the window is photos on this ticket, not a second ticket switcher. + adds another photo to this ticket. Long-press a thumb to replace or delete it.
- Seats. The next boarding (or pinned) ticket, other tickets in the pocket, and a PDF of every ticket if you spend coins.
Me is the full-screen sheet from the person icon: name, portrait, reminder masters, Wallet, Privacy, Terms & Support, and Clear all data.
Photos on one ticket
One ticket can hold more than one window photo. Open the ticket (tap the service name on the sill) to see them, add another, replace, or delete. Compare photos of this seat only looks at shots that share the same service name and seat plaque.
Reminders
A boarding reminder and a glass-stretch reminder are local notifications. They need the matching switch on the ticket and the matching master on Me. iOS must allow notifications. Demo tickets do not ring unless you turn those switches on.
If a permission failed
Open iOS Settings → Sillqx and enable Camera, Photos, Microphone or Notifications for the action you want. The app asks at the moment you use that action; it does not need every permission to frame a window.
If a purchase did not add coins
Finish the Apple sheet and wait for the confirmation in the app. Check Wallet. Purchases are bound to your Apple ID on this device. If Apple shows a receipt and coins did not move, write to hello@sillqx.app with the approximate time and product, not your card number.
If the window looks empty
Tap the glass and confirm with the checkmark after Camera or Photos. If you expected an old shot, check the film under the window — you may be showing an earlier photo, not the latest.
